Ready to get started? Follow these easy steps to access your discounts and special offers:
1. Go to www.genworth.ca and select English or French
2. Click on the Mortgage Insurance link
3. Click on the Homebuyer Privileges link
4. Click “Register” located under New Member Login
5. From the Lender Participation Code drop-down box, select the option entitled
“Mortgage Broker”.
6. Complete the information required to register for the first time. Your Homebuyer
Privileges ID and Broker’s ID have been provided (see below).
7. Once registration is completed, click on the offerings of your choice to access
discounts and special offers from Homebuyer Privileges.
